I am so behind on blogging! 2018 was an amazing year for my business. Oddly enough, after giving birth to our baby boy, my business (mostly my family sessions) seemed to double overnight! This past summer I was able to photograph more beach sessions than ever before and it was amazing! However, having a newborn meant that I had to work VERY hard at editing and delivering each session. I was able to keep up a good workflow to keep my clients happy (hopefully) but the area that got overlooked was blogging my sessions! And this makes me sad because I love to share these sweet beautiful families and the magic we capture with everyone!
So, this family was a dream to photograph! They were vacationing from Houston and they had a blast just exploring the beach and having fun! I always feel the best beach sessions are the ones where we have fun in the water and get wet! The last set of photos was completely led by this family, I just sat back and snapped the love and joy! Now, this doesn’t always happen but that ok, too! If your considering a beach session just look at the fun and memories captured in the water with this family!
As I went through this gallery again to pick out the images for this blog, all the excitement came back to me. It was such a lovely time with an absolutely amazing family. So glad I was able to meet them and so excited I can finally share these images!
